Shipping policy

We pack and ship orders from Kingston, Ohio. Here is what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

Standard U.S. shipping is $7.99. Qualifying U.S. orders of $50 or more receive free standard shipping. The shipping charge shown at checkout is the final applicable rate.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier volume, weather, or other delays outside our control.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available for your order, it will appear at checkout. Please wait for your pickup confirmation before coming by.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If something needs to be changed, email us right away at info@kosoapco.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be redirected.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, email info@kosoapco.com with your order number and any helpful photos. We will look into it and make it right.
